Mateusz Sieradzki brings extensive experience and deep-rooted connections within the food and beverage sector to his role as a Certification Inspector. As a former Regional Coordinator for the Culinary Heritage network in Wielkopolska, Mateusz has worked closely with entrepreneurs and organisations to promote and preserve local culinary traditions. His tenure in this role provided him with invaluable insights into the sector and established a strong network across Poland, which he now leverages to certify and support businesses that uphold regional culinary heritage values.

Mateusz’s professional background spans diverse industries, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills. As Director of Commerce, he perfects his ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his role as the founder and owner of Loft of Taste, a venture dedicated to unique culinary experiences, which further deepened his engagement with Poland’s vibrant food and beverage industry.

His technical and analytical acumen, developed through roles such as Test Engineer, complements his work in certification by ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to high-quality standards. Mateusz’s earlier roles within the Marshal's Office of the Wielkopolska Region, including as Head of Unit and Inspector, have provided him with extensive experience in project acquisition, management, and implementation, particularly within the agriculture and rural development sectors.

Mateusz holds a Master’s degree in Management from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, underscoring his academic foundation in organisational strategy and leadership. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Software Tester, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

Fluent in English and conversant in Russian, Mateusz’s international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills enhance his ability to work effectively within diverse contexts. In his role as Certification Inspector, he will primarily focus on the Polish market while contributing to the broader goals of Culinary Heritage. By leveraging his broad experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong network, Mateusz aims to build a robust presence of certified businesses that champion Poland’s rich culinary traditions.
