Juta Bubina

Juta Bubina is a Culinary Heritage Certification Inspector with over a decade of involvement in Culinary Heritage operations in various positions. She currently serves as a board member representing the trademark owner, the Society Latgale Culinary Heritage Center. With a deep specialization in languages and cultural interests, Juta brings a profound understanding to her work within Culinary Heritage.

She is primarily responsible for the Baltic, Hispanic and Nordic countries, furthering the Culinary Heritage mission across these regions. As a project specialist, she has successfully implemented numerous projects funded by various resources. Juta's extensive experience and dedication to preserving regional culinary traditions make her an invaluable asset to the Culinary Heritage Certification program.
