As the founder and CEO of Landbrand, Poland’s top tourism development agency specializing in food tourism, he has played a key role in shaping the sector, including creating Poland’s first culinary tourism trail.

Hubert has collaborated extensively with regional stakeholders, national and local governments, and EU-funded initiatives, leading projects that integrate gastronomy, sustainability, and tourism. He has developed culinary routes such as Białystok Culinary Route, Culinary Poznań, and The Tastes of Gdańsk, and advised regions on culinary branding and regenerative tourism strategies.

As Poland’s Ambassador for the World Food Travel Association (WFTA), Hubert is at the forefront of global food tourism trends, advising the national Polish Tourism Organisation and regional tourism networks.
