About the Event
Join us for an immersive culinary journey through the Thy-Mors-Salling region of Denmark! Starting from Aalborg Airport (AAL) on the evening of March 31st, 2025, and wrapping up in the late afternoon on April 3rd, this study tour offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore the rich flavours and scenic beauty of northwestern Jutland. While Aalborg is our recommended airport, participants can also arrive by train from Copenhagen to Hurup Railway Station.
Our base for the tour is the delightful Hotel Thinggaard in Hurup, where guests will enjoy comfortable accommodations in the heart of the region. From here, we'll embark on daily excursions exploring the stunning landscapes, vibrant food culture, and time-honoured culinary traditions of Thy, Salling and the island of Mors.
